At the moment i have a 29 gallon with a dwarf honey goramis,1 neon,1 female betta and 1 golden sucking loach.i wold like to get some rainbow fish but would they get on with my betta and gouramis and would i then be fully stocked?

Im not sure ive never had rainbow fish before.ive only kept gouramis.i think rainbow fish are chiclids so maybe they wouldnt get on.mralgae has rainbow fish maybe he will help you.

hi kelly, been trying to find out for you, for what i have found out, they are all community fish so they all should get along fine. but i have never kept goramis and i dont know thier temperment fully, check this out and see what you think. i have boaesman rainbows, and they are very clever and love to chase each other round the tank. if you get these i would say that it be best if yo had more tan one female to each male as the males do tend to be very frisky. members.optusnet.com.au/chelmon/Contents.htm

I keep a thick lipped goramis and a dwarf gouramis and rainbows together at the moment without any problems.how many rainbows do you plan to get and what type?

karen did you get the rainbows you wanted the other week? Hi ya yeah i only got 3 as thats all they had left.i only managed to get 1 red one after as soon as they get them back in i'll get more.
