Got any advice on these do they actually work... their very expensive so i dont want to spend oney on rubbish..

I have them they do work, there great at getting rid of algae, but they can't get into the nocks and crannies

have to agree with jackpike, although there are different sizes of them and depends if you have a lot of decor close to the glass.

Waste of time as far as I'm concerned, get much better results using brillo pad and sponge, just my thoughts.

i use the mags (for when i can't be asked to stick my hand in the tank) or just a sponge/brilo pad which i buy without any soap on them and rinse well before use.

Some of these scouring pads have anti-bacterial agents impregnated on them to stop fungus growth. Personally I wouldn't use them to clean my tank, But thats just my opinion, if thats what u are using and it doesn't cause any damage to your bacteria in your tank. Then who am i to preach, I'm probably just being far too careful.
