what can you guys recommend as a good starter tank for my 9yr old sister? nothing to small or too big

depends if she has shown any real interest in your yanks zoomo. if she hasnt then i would keep it small untill she shows more interest. if she has shown a good interest the how much space you have left in your place would determain the size. but i would say a 30L would surfice till she gets into the hobby more then let her decide if she wants to move up to a bigger tank when she has masterd the first one. hope this helps

I would have to agree with mr algae there zoomo start with a small ish tank first maybe like a pearl 40.

ha ha i like your ideas but i think she is really interested in having fish.a 10 gallon would be the biggest she is allowed to have at this time.
