I have a 60 litre community tank containing: 1 plecostomus 1 golden sucking loach 1 pineapple swordtail 1 marble molly 5 glowlight tetras
My problem is my loach is a bit of a bully towards my swordtail. The other fish are fine with him but my swordtail stays near the surface and doesnt come down. If he does come down he just gets chased away to the top again. I need some ideas about what i can do but i dont really want to get rid of either of them. I was wandering wether i should get 2 female pineapples to put in with the male.(would that make a difference?) Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

hi william & welcome to TW. loaches can be a little agresive towards some others.you dont give fulldetails of your tank set up but a quick idea would be to put some plants plastic or live or some other form of decor in the tank for the sword to shelter around. regards
