New to the forum. Great to come across a site that seems to be closer to home, all the rest seem to be American. (Too far for buying or selling)
Have a mildly brackish, Jewel Rekord 70 tank for 4 or 5 years now. It is fairly well planted with a couple of pieces of bogwood. Have 1 talking catfish, 1 dwarf african clawed frog, 2 african black knifefish (for sale/trade) 3 fish that look like shiney gold fish with a black diamond shape near there tail. And 2 other 'sucker' fish whose names i forget. And oh yeah, an archer fish which is my favorite.

Hi Dan. I am suprised any of those fish suvived the salt bar the Archer which are naturally Brackish anyway. Personaly I would never add salt to any tropical tank unless it contained Brackish fish. I only use salt when nesessary for medication. to stop blood poisoning or to remove blockages and I would never add salt to a tank that had catfish Pleas don`t think that I am lecturing you. This is reason we have fish forums. To share information and to lend a hand where possible.
