was looking at some red tailed sharks today they look great but i know i cant put them in my tank, but is there any fish they are compatible with?

They can be very aggressive fish, so i would get fish that are middle to top swimmers and i would only get one per tank.

they are mostly agressive towards their own kind... so if you keep only one with larger fish (6-15cm) they will usually be OK... avoid flowing fins and otehr bottom dwellers

Well i find that they are aggressive with a lot of fish, when i had one he always attacked my swordtail.

are you sure you didn't have a red finned shark? (same as red tailed but the dorsal fin is also red)

They are aggressive. I have one in with Malawi cichlids.
