Well if you give them peas, i would take they shell off and i would peel carrots and boil them for a few minutes and the same with potatoe. just make sure you let them cool down before giving them to your fish.

you are best taking the inside of the corn out and feed it that way and discard the skin

I feed most off what everyone else said except for sweetcorn, didnt know i could give them that.

another thing about corn is that it is very high in oils, so that doesn't make it the best vegie to feed fish.
