Mralgae i need you help i got some real plants today some of these well i think its those plants they look like them.They are in like pots and have like wool stuff around them do i just plant sthem like that or do i take them out of their pots and take the wool stuff off?

this is a great little plant to have in any tank. take off the wool that it is wraped in very very carefuly as the are very fine roots on then. use an old fork to get as much of the wool out as poss. then you can either plant the whole plant on its own or split it. the thinner you make it the further it will go but after a few weeks it will thro out runners like mad. also the thinner it is you will have to use tweezers to bed it into the gravel or it will end up floating around the tank with the fish

I took all the wool stuff off and i then put the plants back in their pots and burried them under the gravel.

thats grand fishgirl, the a number of ways to keep the plants from floating about, if you have kept them bunched then keep a thin stick or chopstick handy so you can run it through the plant if it starts to build up ant dirt from the tank, it does tend to act like a filter but by use of the stick it shouldnt build up.
