Most common problem in your tank

What is the most common probem in everyones tank? and how do you combat it?

A friend of mine has had 3 fish die of dropsy over the last few months.

The most common probem in my tank would be the amonia creeping up from time to time.

I dont really have problems to be honest with you an very odd time id have whitespot but thats easy enough to get rid of.

Yeh i get Whitespot sometimes but never a big breakout.

I wouldn't really have problems the tanks are fairly settled.
